Alberta GDL Class 7 Knowledge Test
Eligibility
To be eligible to take the class 7 learner's knowledge test you must
be
at least 14 years of age.
If you are under 18, a parent or guardian consent form must be
signed.
This means:
You must bring your parent or guardian with you to the
registry.
When at the counter, the parent or guardian must sign a consent
form
which authorizes you to take the class 7 knowledge test and to
issue
your learner's licence.
The parent or guardian consent form only needs to be signed once.
The registry agent will give the parental or guardian consent form
back
to you, for future use, as proof that your parent or guardian has
already given you consent in the event you fail your knowledge test.
Your parent or guardian does not have to be present if you can
produce
the signed form to the registry agent.
The parent or guardian consent form is provided by the Registry
Agent
and is
not a downloadable form.
